Ten thousand flowers in spring

The moon in autumn

A cool breeze in summer

The snow in winter

When the mind is not clouded by unnecessary things

This is the best season of your life.

-Wumen Huikai (1183-1260)

Hello, I'm Pamela.

I'm here as an anchor for the most vibrant version of You. Let the wisdom of this 2,000+ year old medicine transform your life -- as it continues to transform mine everyday.

Founded on the principles of nature itself, Chinese Medicine's key strengths are ~

  • Taps into your body's natural capacity to heal itself.
  • A highly customized approach based on your unique constitution, instead of a one-size-fits-all.
  • Has 5 branches, namely: acupuncture & moxa;  herbology;  movement & meditation (qigong);  massage;  and food.
  • Of these 5 branches, only the first 2 are interventions.
  • The last 3 are intrinsic parts of the natural rhythms in our daily life; ie: breath and movement, touch, and food. As such, they have always been considered the "first medicine". Especially food.
  • Like a forest, this medicine is both so natural and simple, so rich and complex. So healing and rejuvenating. It cycles through death and rebirth year after year, deeply resourced.

Circumstances may change; floods may take their toll.

There is an innate resilience from Within that can never be uprooted.

Together, and from the inside out, we build the more beautiful world that we have always known is possible.
